Candice has been a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy since 2006. Over the years, she has observed the profound impact that excess weight and certain dietary patterns have on chronic pain, inflammation, and mental health. These insights led her to expand her expertise, becoming a certified Health Coach and Nutritionist, ISSA Elite Personal Trainer, and Powerlifting Coach.
Through her experience, Candice realized that exercise alone is not enough to achieve lasting weight loss and overall wellness. In response, she developed a comprehensive program that places nutrition at its core, empowering clients to build sustainable, health-focused lifestyles from the inside out.
